What is NANPP?

The National Association of Nonprofit Professionals (NANPP), organized in 2015 and incorporated in 2017, is a nonprofit membership association dedicated to advancing the skills of nonprofit employees and providing opportunities for career growth and self-care.
We are proud to be the first organization to place the needs of all nonprofit employees first.
 Representing more than 11 million nonprofit professionals in America, NANPP advances its mission by providing resources and meaningful connections to professional, academia, retirees and student members to support the goals of nonprofit employees.

Our History

After 25 years of service  in the nonprofit sector, Simone Joye Eford envisions an organization to take care of the needs of ALL nonprofit employees and she creates NANPP. 

NANPP's strategic plan and organizational documents are created.  The Board of Directors and Board of Advisors join NANPP. 

NANPP is incorporated in New York opens up in New York City--the nonprofit capital of the world.  Membership is open and NANPP plans the first annual conference. Hertz becomes the first corporate partner to provide discounts to members. 

NANPP revamps website and creates the Nonprofit Career Exploration and Scholarship Program for nonprofit students.
